Initial consultation
Sit down with one of our Landscape Architects and share with us your vision for your garden. Tell us your thoughts, your preferred style and the elements you wish to see in your final design.  We will provide you with the best plan to achieve your dream garden and establish a brief and estimated costing to match.
We develop a detailed design brief to ensure all design elements are included and considered. The Concept Design gives you a feel for how it will look with basic layout and structure. It illustrates the proposed layout of various elements such as swimming pool, paving and decking.

The Concept Design will consist of:

• Landscape Concept Plan
• Elevation drawings of key views
• Precedent image palette and color palette
• Details construction estimate

Once the Concept Design is complete, we meet with you at our studio to present the drawings and estimate.
Design Development
This is where we work on the finer details of deciding on the specifics of the project and liaises with the necessary people to ensure documentation is ready to take to construction.

The Design Development stage will consist of the following:

• Landscape Specification Plan
• Planting Plan
• Lighting Plan
• Landscape Set-out Plan
• Construction Details
• Demolition Plan
• Permits (if required)

Once the Concept Design is approved, we move onto the final phase of Design Development where we work with you on the finer details of your custom design including the planting list, materials, product and lighting selection, etc. Final plans are then submitted for approval prior to commencing work.
Once plans have been approved, Glenser manages all aspects of the construction process to ensure a hassle-free experience for you. We coordinate all required contractors and source the best materials to ensure we deliver to you the garden you first dreamed of when we met.
