Glenser is a multi-disciplinary practice located in Bangalore, India. The studio presently consists of a team of creative individuals who share design expertise and inspiration through a wide range of skills such as interior architecture design, exterior design, custom furniture and industrial design, styling, creative brand direction and architectural integration.

DESIGNING PHASE
With a collaborative approach the studio environment achieves a strong pool of idea formulation, conception and production through to documentation and final construction, favoring client involvement as well as associated consultants when delivering projects.
Glenser’s principles are that of quality, custom design and timeless nature. The knowledge basis of the team, with individual interests, creates versatility and flexibility, as well as a new way of thinking for every project to maximize inspiration, achievement and excitement.
We max sure that all the designs help you to optimize the space available, no matter how many times the changes will happy we make sure until everything is approved by you, we keep working on providing various options to you.
CONFIRMATION OF DESIGNS & CLOSURE OF COMMERCIALS
After you have selected your preferred design with us through our live 3D design session based on your floor plan, and everything is approved by you and liked by you, we will go ahead with the confirmation and on to the next step, which is the quotation.
Once the evaluation of this estimate is done and we mutually agree on the terms of payments and project we consider that its time to move on to production stage with out a delay.
We document the agreement and the terms of the project from your end as well as our end, once that is done we are ready to launch.
TERMS FROM BOTH THE PARTIES ARE LOCKED IN THE AGREEMENT AND DUALY SIGNED
Once this phase is done, we will move on to the production phase.
PRODUCTION PHASE
Once the planning phase has been undertaken, we establish a strong Concept phase, covering all phases from philosophy, design intent, customization, as well as individualization for each project. This phase enables our client to see, feel and understand the project we are looking to creating with them.
Every material are cut in our factory and made directly ready for installation, this reduces the time for on site work majorly and we are able to provide the best of finishing to your dream house
This process takes minimum of 2-4 weeks depending on the requirement list and the work load of the individual project ,during this phase our client is welcome to visit our factory and see the work in progress and check everything for there satisfaction in terms of quality and the designs and the speed of the work .
INSTALLATION PHASE
Following the creation of concept packages, Glenser takes pride in ensuring all concepts are applicable and achievable through Design Development which involves finalizing design direction with the client project team, quantity surveyor and nominated builder. Our knowledge in space planning, interior detailing and custom joinery across many sectors provides a level of true satisfaction with our clients and builders with whom we work.
Once the production is completed in factory and all the finished material is shifted to the site for installation.
As per the final designs and placements the installation will take place and our project manager will make sure that everything is finished as per the commitment made from our end.
Our Quality check manager will make sure that finishing of entire project is up to mark and we have delivered as per our commitment to the respective client.
HANDING OVER YOUR DREAM HOME
Once our quality check is done and installation face is complete, we make sure client gives us a final nod for the entire project execution and he crosschecks all the commitments made by us to them.
Once our client is satisfied and he comes to the terms that everything is complete and we can close the deal, we go ahead and sign all the project closure documents and take there feedback while we handover there property and dream home to them …
